Preparation
We agree the agenda, examples and work product. For work on your systems, we clarify access, approvals and prerequisites in advance.
Delivery
On site or remote, in German or English. Discussion and practical work alternate according to the format.
Follow-up
You receive the work products and open questions in writing. Additional implementation or further work is agreed as a separate engagement.
